This section will help the Citizens to give their inputs in formulation of policies, acts, rules and other functions of the Central and State Governments.

  1.  

    Send comments to National Advisory Council (NAC) for recommendations on Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act. The draft recommendations of the Working Group for better enforcement of Right to Education (RTE) is available for download. Users can email comments to the Convenor of Working Group of NAC or can write to the Secretary of NAC in the mentioned email.

    Send comments to the National Advisory Council (NAC) for amendments to the Panchayat (Extension to the Schedules Areas) Act, 1996 (PESA). Users can download draft recommendations of the working group and proposed amendments to the act. General public and concerned ministries can send their comments on the given postal address or email id.

    Users can send comments to National Advisory Council (NAC) for finalising recommendations on development of North Eastern region in the areas of Civil Aviation, Telecommunication, Higher Education, Health and access to financial services. The draft of the recommendations of the working group can be downloaded. Users can either mail or send their comments to the mentioned address.

    Give your consultation on Electronics, IT and Telecom Policies 2011. Details of the Triad of Policies to drive a National Agenda for ICTE, National Policy on Electronics 2011, National Policy on Information Technology-2011 and National Telecom Policy-2011 are available. Users can send their opinion/suggestion directly in the given email addresses.
