  1. Under the scheme, budget is provided to meet the expenses of Counsel fee and to hold Lok Adalat.

The scheme provides vocational training to school leavers, existing workers, ITI graduates, etc. to improve their employability by optimally utilizing the infrastructure available in Govt., private institutions and the Industry. Existing skills of the persons can also be tested and certified under this scheme.
    The scheme also build capacity in the area of development of competency standards, course curricula, learning material and assessment standards in the country.

  3. Rinderpest disease has been eradicated from Goa. However, in order to satisfy all the stipulations of O.I.E, it is necessary to continue the activities following O.I.E guidelines. These include strengthening the disease reporting system, disease surveillance and animal movement control especially on the inter-state routes

  4. All the industries which are eligible for financial assistance under the provisions of the SFC Act and promoted by persons who are SC-ST's are eligible for loans under this scheme. The applicant should produce a certificate of his caste either from Tehsildar or a First Class Magistrate.
